In industrial methods, kvass is produced from wort concentrate combined with various grain mixtures. It is a popular drink in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Baltic countries, Finland and some parts of China. Terminology The word ''kvass'' is ultimately from Proto-Indo-European base *' ...
