Christopher Hockley
Rear Admiral Christopher John Hockley, (born 24 August 1959) is a retired Royal Navy officer who was Flag Officer Scotland, Northern England and Northern Ireland from September 2011 to November 2014. Naval career Educated at Dulwich College, Hockley joined the Royal Navy in 1979 and subsequently specialised in engineering. He was appointed Deputy Team Leader for the Future Aircraft Carrier Project in 1999, Military Assistant to the Chief of Defence Procurement in 2002 and Through Life Support Director at the Defence Logistics Organisation in 2005. Orpington
Orpington is a town and area in south east London, England, within the London Borough of Bromley. It is 13.4 miles (21.6 km) south east of Charing Cross. On the south-eastern edge of the Greater London Built-up Area, it is south of St Mary Cray, west of Ramsden, north of Goddington and Green Street Green, and east of Crofton and Broom Hill. Orpington is covered by the BR postcode area. It is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London. The New Year Honours 2014 were appointments by some of the 16 Commonwealth realms to various orders and honours to recognise and reward good works by citizens of those countries. Rear Admiral John Robert Hamilton Clink, (born 18 February 1964) is a former Royal Navy officer who retired from the Royal Navy in 2018. Early life and education Clink was born on 18 February 1964. He was educated at Cheltenham Grammar School, then an all-boys state grammar school. He studied international security and strategy at King's College London, graduating with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in 2012. Naval career He became commanding officer of the Aberdeen University Royal Naval Unit and its patrol boat in 1991, commanding officer of the frigate in 1998 and commanding officer of in July 2008 before becoming Deputy Commander UK Maritime Forces in June 2011. Rear Admiral Martin Brian Alabaster CBE (born 10 August 1958) is a retired senior officer in the British Royal Navy. Early life Alabaster spent his early years in Devon, Pembrokeshire and Hampshire but for the majority of his upbringing lived in south London. There, he attended Dulwich College. He later joined the Royal Navy and entered Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth, at the rank of Midshipman in January 1977. Martin completed his Naval General Training, and then went up to Queens' College, Cambridge to read Engineering.
