Christopher Cheung Wah-fung, Justice of Peace, JP (, born 2 May 1952 in Fujian, China) is the founder and chief executive officer of Christfund Securities and a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the Financial Services (constituency), Financial Services constituency. Background Cheung founded Christfund in 1980, which was re-organised as Christfund Securities Limited in 1987. He began serving in the Election Committee for Financial Services (constituency), Financial Services constituency. Between 1997 and 2000, Cheung was a councillor for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 2012 Hong Kong Legislative Election
The 2012 Hong Kong Legislative Council election was held on 9 September 2012 for the 5th Legislative Council (LegCo) since the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The election was for the new total of 70 seats in LegCo, ten more than previously, with 35 members elected in geographical constituencies through direct elections, and 35 members in functional constituencies. Fernando Cheung Chiu-hung (; born 23 February 1957 in Macau) is a Hong Kong politician, the vice-chairman of the Labour Party, and a former member of the Legislative Council. Career Cheung obtained his undergraduate degree in social work from Hong Kong Baptist University. He worked in the United States from 1988, and became a naturalized United States citizen. He obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University, and a Ph.D. degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991 while serving as the head of the Oakland Chinese Community Council. Dennis Kwok Wing-hang (; born 15 April 1978) is a former member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council having represented the Legal functional constituency from 2012 to 2020 and a founding member of Civic Party. In the Legislative Council, he was the Deputy Chairman of both the House Committee and the Panel on Administration of Justice and Legal Services. On 11 November 2020, he was disqualified from the Legislative Council, along with three other lawmakers of the pan-democratic camp, by the central government in Beijing on request of the Hong Kong government.
