Christian Carlos Torres Hidalgo (born 5 September 1969) is a Chilean former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football), forward for clubs in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Paraguay. Club career A product of the Deportes Puerto Montt youth system, he made appearances for the club in the Primera B de Chile, Segunda División until 1991. Then, he moved to Club Universidad de Chile, Universidad de Chile in 1991, where he played alongside Franz Arancibia. In his homeland, he also played for Deportes La Serena and O'Higgins F.C., O'Higgins. Llanquihue () is a Chilean commune and city in Llanquihue Province, Los Lagos Region. The city lies on the western shore of Lake Llanquihue, where the Maullín River starts. It is located north of Puerto Varas and south of Frutillar and is connected to both cities by Chile Highway 5. History On 19 June 1968, the government promulgated the law creating the Commune of Llanquihue. The National Congress approved the bill, which in its first article states: Commune Llanquihue Puerto Varas, Llanquihue Province, the capital is the town of Llanquihue. Nelson Antonio Tapia Ríos (born 22 September 1966) is a former Chilean football goalkeeper and current football manager of Ecuadorian club Olmedo. International career He made his debut for the Chile national team in 1994 against France. After his last match thus far, a 0–5 loss against Brazil in 2005, the tally is at 73 caps.
