Christian Meyer (born 12 December 1969) is a retired track cyclist from Germany, who won the gold medal for his native country in the men's team time trial (100 km) at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. Uwe Peschel (born 4 November 1968) is a former German professional road bicycle racer and a time trialist. Peschel was born in Berlin in 1968. His father, Axel Peschel, had represented East Germany at the 1968 Olympic men's team time trial a fortnight prior to his birth.
