Christian Hauser
Christian Hauser (born 13 January 1976, in Gera) is a German former footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Hauser began his career with BSG Metall Gera and moved in summer 1986 to city rival Wismut Gera. After only one year with Wismut Gera was scouted from FC Carl Zeiss Jena. Hauser played for many years for FC Carl Zeiss Jena, before moving to Bayern Munich II in 2002. After two years with Bayern's reserves, he returned north, joining Dynamo Dresden. He left Dynamo in 2008 to join 1. FC Gera and signed on 20 May 2009 a contract with his former club FC Carl Zeiss Jena. After one year who earned 27 caps and scored two goals for FC Carl Zeiss Jena II FC Carl Zeiss Jena is a German football club based in Jena, Thuringia. Gera
Gera is a city in the German state of Thuringia. With around 93,000 inhabitants, it is the third-largest city in Thuringia after Erfurt and Jena as well as the easternmost city of the ''Thüringer Städtekette'', an almost straight string of cities consisting of the six largest Thuringian cities from Eisenach in the west, via Gotha, Erfurt, Weimar and Jena to Gera in the east. NOFV-Oberliga Players
The NOFV- Oberliga is a division at step 5 of the German football league system. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, it became the successor of the DDR-Oberliga, and functions today as a 5th division in the former territory of East Germany and the city of Berlin. This league is named after the Nordostdeutscher Fußballverband (NOFV: North-East German Football Association), the regional association of the DFB in the former East German territories. The league is currently split in two groups, north and south, the NOFV-Oberliga Nord and NOFV-Oberliga Süd. Dynamo Dresden Players
As one of the leading clubs in East Germany, Dynamo Dresden provided 36 East German internationals, including the country's second most-capped player, Hans-Jürgen Dörner, and its joint second top scorer, Hans-Jürgen Kreische. Kreische and Siegmar Wätzlich were in East Germany's squad for their only World Cup appearance (1974), while twelve Dynamo players won Olympic medals, including six gold medallists in 1976.
