Christian Albrecht Bluhme
Christian Albrecht Bluhme (27 December 1794 – 6 November 1866) was a Danish lawyer and conservative politician who was the second Prime Minister of Denmark (first time from 1852 to 1853 with title of Prime Minister, second time from 1864 to 1865 with title of council president). He led the country during the latter part of the Second Schleswig War. Biography Bluhme was born in Copenhagen, Denmark as the son of a commander in the navy Hans Emilius Bluhme. Bluhme went to Herlufsholm School, where he became a legal candidate in 1816. In 1820 he became an auditor to the 2nd Jutland Regiment and two years after also the assessor in the Land Surveyor. In 1824, he went to the Governing Council in Trankebar. He returned to Denmark and was appointed in 1831 with the title of State Council to the town and county bailiff at Store Heddinge in Zealand. Frederick VII Of Denmark
Frederick VII (Frederik Carl Christian; 6 October 1808 – 15 November 1863) was King of Denmark from 1848 to 1863. He was the last Danish monarch of the older Royal branch of the House of Oldenburg and the last king of Denmark to rule as an absolute monarch. During his reign, he signed a constitution that established a Danish parliament and made the country a constitutional monarchy. Frederick's motto was ''Folkets Kærlighed, min Styrke'' (Danish for ''the People's Love, my Strength''). Family Frederick was born at Amalienborg Palace to Christian VIII of Denmark and Duchess Charlotte Frederica of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. The Diocese of Aalborg (Danish: ''Aalborg Stift'') is a diocese of the Church of Denmark. It was established in 1554, during the reformation. Its episcopal see is at Budolfi Cathedral and Thomas Reinholdt Rasmussen has been the diocese's bishop since 2021. History The diocese was founded during the Reformation and effectively replaced the former catholic Diocese of Børglum. Holger Christian Reedtz
Holger Christian Reedtz (14 February 1800 – 6 February 1857) was a Danish aristocrat, landowner, civil servant, diplomat and politician. A member of the noble Reedtz family, he studied law and history at the University of Copenhagen. From 1831 he served as secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs, but resigned after a falling out with the king in 1842. In 1848, Reedtz returned to service as a diplomat. He briefly served as the third Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark from 1850 to 1851. From 1855 to 1856, he was member of the Council of the Realm ( da, Rigsrådet) as one of the members appointed by the king.
