Christer Zetterberg
Christer Zetterberg (2 November 1941 – 5 April 2012) was a Swedish businessman and Chairman of investment bank Carnegie. Zetterberg graduated with a degree in business. After starting his career in the Swedish paper industry, he became CEO of the state-owned ''PK-Banken'' (now a part of Nordea) in 1988. As such he took part in buying Carnegie from Erik Penser. In 1990 he moved to one of the most prestigious jobs in Swedish industry at that time – CEO of Volvo. He stayed in that position for two years, serving under Chairman Pehr G. Gyllenhammar. After leaving Volvo in 1992, Zetterberg served on a number of different boards. Zetterberg was chairman at Carnegie between 2001 and 2002, before stepping down to vice chairman behind former CEO Lars Bertmar. When Bertmar resigned in 2006, Zetterberg became chairman again. Fredrik Lundberg (born 5 August 1951) is a Swedish businessman. His father was Lars Erik Lundberg (1920-2001) founder of L E Lundbergföretagen. Fredrik Lundberg is president and CEO of L E Lundbergföretagen, of which he inherited a controlling stake from his father. He is the ninth wealthiest person in Sweden, and on number 529 of the richest people in the world according to ''Forbes'' magazine 2019. Fredrik Lundberg enjoys hunting and was a one-time unofficial world junior champion of curling. He is also a supporter of IFK Norrköping and has financially supported their endeavours to return to Allsvenskan. The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences or ''Kungliga Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien'' (IVA), founded on 24 October 1919 by King Gustaf V, is one of the royal academies in Sweden. Lars Bertmar (born 1945) is a Swedish businessman who was CEO and Chairman of investment bank Carnegie. He holds a PhD and is a lecturer at Stockholm School of Economics. He graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1977. After working for different companies, including being vice president at Handelsbanken, Bertmar became CEO of Carnegie in 1990. After 13 years as CEO, he stepped down, being replaced by Karin Forseke, and was instead elected Chairman of the company. He resigned in 2006 and was replaced by Christer Zetterberg.
