Christer Sjögren
Hans Christer Sjögren (born 6 April 1950) is a Swedish singer, songwriter and musician. He is best known as the lead vocalist of the dansband Vikingarna. Early life Hans Christer Sjögren was born in Hagfors, Sweden, on 6 April 1950, as the child of Eivor (née Östling) and Hans Sjögren. Career 1978–2004: Vikingarna On 15 September 1978, Stefan Borsch left the band and Sjögren reluctantly became their lead singer. The first album by Vikingarna with Christer Sjögren as singer is " Kramgoa låtar 7", released in 1979. 2008–present He competed in Melodifestivalen 2008, the Swedish preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest. Arne Christer Fuglesang (born 18 March 1957) is a Swedish physicist and an ESA astronaut. He was first launched aboard the STS-116 Space Shuttle mission on 10 December 2006, making him the first Swedish citizen in space. Married with three children, he was a Fellow at CERN and taught mathematics at the Royal Institute of Technology before being selected to join the European Astronaut Corps in 1992. He has participated in two Space Shuttle missions and five spacewalks, and is the first person outside of the United States or Russian space programs to participate in more than three spacewalks. Lars ''Christer'' Stefan Nylander (born 3 October 1968) is a Swedish Liberals Party politician, member of the Riksdag since 2002 for Skåne Northern and Eastern. Christer Pettersson
Carl Gustaf Christer Pettersson (23 April 1947 – 29 September 2004) was a Swedish criminal who was a suspect in the 1986 assassination of Olof Palme, the Prime Minister of Sweden. In 1989 he was convicted of the murder in district court but acquitted on appeal the following year. Early life Pettersson was born on 23 April 1947, to Roland Pettersson (1916–1977) and Inga Maria Hansson (1918–1973) and grew up in a middle-class family in Solna outside of Stockholm and later moved to the suburb of Sollentuna. In his youth, he attended a theatrical school (''Calle Flygares teaterskola''), where he was considered to be promising by at least one of his teachers. However, Pettersson suffered a head injury from which he would never fully recover. Petterson then began a period of substance abuse, which would eventually force him to drop out of school. Christer Boustedt (21 March 1939 in Bromma – 4 September 1986 in Alfta, Ovanåker Municipality) was a Swedish musician and actor. He was primarily a jazz musician playing the saxophone, and contributed film music to many Swedish films. He was considered to be one of Sweden's most renowned jazz musicians of his time, and teamed with several of the most famous musicians in the genre, in Sweden and internationally. As an alto saxophone player he was much influenced by Charlie Parker and worked in the bebop tradition. Christer Samuel Björkman (; born 25 August 1957) is a Swedish singer and television producer. He represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 1992 with the song "I morgon är en annan dag". From 2002 to 2021, he served as a producer of Melodifestivalen, and remained an important figure in Melodifestivalen and the Eurovision Song Contest. Catherine Christer Hennix (also known as C.C. Hennix, born 1948) is a Swedish musician, poet, philosopher, mathematician and visual artist. As a musician, she has worked with figures such as Pandit Pran Nath, La Monte Young, and Henry Flynt. Several of her archival recordings have been released in the 21st century, most prominently ''The Electric Harpsichord'' (2010). Christer Erséus, born 1951 in Borås, is a Swedish zoologist. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 1980 at the University of Gothenburg, where in 1991 he became professor of zoology and director of studies in zoomorphology and systematics.
