Chris Silverwood
Christopher Eric Wilfred Silverwood (born 5 March 1975) is a former international cricketer and a former head coach of the England cricket team. He is currently the Head Coach of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team. Early life and domestic playing career Born in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, Silverwood was educated at Garforth Comprehensive School, and as a right-arm fast bowler, made his debut for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1993. He played for his native county for thirteen years, and was one of a battery of fast bowlers which the county produced in the late 1990s. With the club he won the County Championship in 2001 and the C&G (Friends Provident Trophy) in 2002. Pontefract
Pontefract is a historic market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, east of Wakefield and south of Castleford. James Anderson (cricketer)
James Michael Anderson (born 30 July 1982) is an English international cricketer who plays for the England Test cricket team, and previously played for England's limited overs cricket teams. 2021–22 Ashes Series
The 2021–22 Ashes series, named the Vodafone Men's Ashes Series for sponsorship reasons, was a series of five Test cricket matches that were contested between England and Australia for The Ashes. The series was played at five venues across Australia from 8 December 2021 and was scheduled to finish on 18 January 2022. Trevor Bayliss
Trevor Harley Bayliss (born 21 December 1962) is an Australian cricket coach and former first class cricketer. He played for New South Wales between 1985 and 1997 before becoming a coach. Bayliss was coach of England from 2015 to 2019. He coached Sri Lanka between 2007 and 2011, a period which culminated in his team finishing as runners-up in the 2011 World Cup. He has also coached the Sydney Sixers in Australia's Big Bash League and the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League. Under his management, the Knight Riders became IPL champions, twice, in 2012 and 2014. He also led the Sixers to a BBL title in the 2011–12 season and a CLT20 title the same year. Essex County Cricket Club
Essex County Cricket Club is one of eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Essex.
