Chris Evans (basketball)
Christopher Evans (born January 29, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for Rapid București of the Liga Națională. Standing at 2.03 m (6'8"), he plays the power forward position. After playing five years of college basketball at Coastal Carolina, Wabash Valley and Kent State, Evans entered the 2013 NBA draft, but he was not selected in the draft's two rounds. High school career Evans played high school basketball at Petersburg in Petersburg, Virginia. Was rated the 17th best junior college player in the country at the start of the season by Rivals.com. At Petersburg High School he was named Second Team All-State and was rated the 73rd-best shooting guard in the country. In the 2008–2009 he averaged 15.3 points, 8.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game and helped lead his team to a 30–1 record and a berth in the Group AAA state semifinals. Club Baloncesto Gran Canaria – Claret, S.A.D., is a professional basketball club based in Las Palmas, Spain. The team plays in the Liga ACB. Their home arena is the Gran Canaria Arena. From 2012 until 2021, they have been sponsored by Herbalife. History CB Gran Canaria was founded inside Claret School and for many years played under that denomination. Karşıyaka Basket, mostly known as Pınar Karşıyaka for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional basketball team located in Karşıyaka, İzmir, that competes in the Turkish Basketball Super League. The LNB Pro A Leaders Cup, or French Basketball League Cup, is the annual national league cup competition for teams from the top-tier level of French professional basketball, the LNB Pro A. It was created in its current form in 2003 (after originally being founded in 1988). It is organized by the Ligue Nationale de Basketball (LNB), which also organizes the top two leagues of French professional basketball (Pro A, and Pro B). Inspired by the Spanish Copa del Rey (Spanish Basketball King's Cup), the ''Final Eight'' format has always been used. 2017–18 Basketball Champions League
The 2017–18 Basketball Champions League was the second season of the Basketball Champions League (BCL), a European-wide professional basketball competition for clubs, that was launched by FIBA. The award began in conjunction with the league's inaugural season, the 2016–17 Basketball Champions League.
