Chris Bavin
Christopher Bavin (born 1 February 1980) is a television presenter and fresh produce importer, known for co-presenting ''Britain's Best Home Cook'', ''Eat Well for Less?'', ''Britain in Bloom'', ''Food: Truth or Scare'', and is one of the presenters on ''Tomorrow's Food'', and a multitude of consumer affairs programmes, all shown on BBC One. Career Bavin's background is in the fresh produce industry, importing and selling to the wholesale markets across the UK. Bavin has been working in the fresh produce industry for 18 years. In 2009, Bavin and his wife opened their own high street store 'The Naked Grocer' in Walton on Thames, Surrey. Britain's Best Home Cook
''Best Home Cook'' (previously ''Britain's Best Home Cook'') is a competitive cooking show produced by KEO Films and distributed internationally by Endemol Shine Group. It premiered on BBC One in May 2018, presented by Claudia Winkleman, with judges Mary Berry, Chris Bavin, and Dan Doherty. A second series, with "Britain's" dropped from the title and Angela Hartnett replacing Doherty, returned in January 2020. The series was created in the wake of Berry's previous show, ''The Great British Bake Off'', departing the BBC for Channel 4, and has received mixed reviews from critics. Angela Maria Hartnett (born September 1968) is an English Michelin-starred chef. A protégée of Gordon Ramsay who became well known by her appearances on British television, she was Chef-Patron at Angela Hartnett at The Connaught in London. Anita Rani Nazran (born 25 October 1977), better known as Anita Rani, is an English radio and television presenter. Early life Rani was born and brought up in Bradford, West Yorkshire to a Hindu father and a Sikh mother.
