Chisato Nishikigi
is one of the two main characters of the Japanese anime television series ''Lycoris Recoil'', created by Spider Lily and Asaura. She is depicted in the series as the most skilled agent among the Lycoris, a group of trained young female agents working for the secretive organization Direct Attack and are assigned to maintain the peace and stability of Japan. She has abnormal reflexes, being able to dodge bullets even at near point-blank range.
