China Democratic National Construction Association
The China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), sometimes translated as the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA), also known by its Chinese abbreviation Minjian (), is one of the eight legally recognized minor political parties in the People's Republic of China under the control of the Chinese Communist Party. The CDNCA is a members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. It was founded in Chongqing in 1945 by the Vocational Education Society, a former member of the China Democratic League. Its vice chairperson Rong Yiren served as the third Vice President of China under the 4th Constitution of the People's Republic of China from 1993 to 1998. Members are chiefly entrepreneurs from the building, manufacturing, construction, financial, or commercial industries in both private and state sectors, and others in the field of economics. Hao Mingjin
Hao Mingjin (; born December 1956) is a Chinese politician who is a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and chairman of the China National Democratic Construction Association. Biography Hao was born in Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province in 1956. He had served as Vice President of High people's court of Shandong Province (1996–2007) and Deputy Minister of Supervision (2007–2017). In 2008, he was elected as a member of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). On 20 December 2017, he was elected as the chairman of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association. Huang Yanpei
Huang Yanpei (; 1 October 1878 – 21 December 1965) was a Chinese educator, writer, and politician. He was a founding pioneer of the China Democratic League. Life Huang was born in Neishidi, Chuansha, Jiangsu (now part of Pudong, Shanghai) during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor in the late Qing dynasty. His mother died when he was 13 and his father died when he was 17, so he lived with his maternal grandfather, who gave him a traditional Chinese education. In his young age, he studied at Dongye School (東野學堂) and read the Four Books and Five Classics. Before he reached adulthood, he worked as an informal teacher in his hometown to support his family. In 1899, he topped the imperial examination in Songjiang Prefecture and obtained the position of a ''xiucai'' (秀才). Huang's uncle sponsored him to read Western studies. The Ministry of Supervision of the People's Republic of China (MOS) was a Cabinet-level department of the State Council responsible for maintaining an efficient, disciplined, clean and honest government, and educate public servants about their duty and discipline.
