A child superhero or child superheroine is a fictional child or adolescent who is noted for feats of courage and nobility, and who usually has a colorful name, costume, and abilities beyond those of normal young human beings. As with real children, the term refers to characters who are under the age of 21 during the course of a fictional work. The following is a list of such characters. Arale Norimaki
is a fictional character and the protagonist of the ''Dr. Slump'' manga series, created by Akira Toriyama. She is a robot built by Senbei Norimaki who looks like a young girl. She is known for her naïveté, energetic personality, lack of common sense, and amazing strength. Senbei tries to convince the other citizens of Penguin Village that she is just a normal human girl, and it seems to work, despite her superhuman athletic ability. Among her strengths, she can use abilities that range from the terrain splitting to the beam-like . However, she is nearsighted and needs to wear glasses. The character also makes appearances in various other media, most notably in the ''Dragon Ball'' media franchise. ''Ben 10'' is an American media franchise created by Man of Action Studios, produced by Cartoon Network Studios and owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. The series centers on a boy named Ben Tennyson who acquires the Omnitrix, an alien device resembling a wristwatch, which contains DNA of different alien species. Using the Omnitrix, Ben can transform into powerful aliens with various abilities. The Omnitrix initially contains ten aliens, although later on Ben obtains more species by adding their DNA. The ''Ben 10'' franchise has received widespread critical acclaim, winning 3 Emmy Awards. Beast Boy
Garfield Mark Logan, better known as Beast Boy, is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He has also gone under the alias Changeling. Created by writer Arnold Drake and artist Bob Brown, he is a shapeshifter who possesses the ability to metamorph into any animal he chooses. The character first appeared in ''The Doom Patrol'' #99 (November 1965) and is usually depicted as a member of the Doom Patrol and the Teen Titans. Beast Boy has appeared in numerous cartoon television shows and films, including as one of the Teen Titans in Cartoon Network's eponymous series, voiced by Greg Cipes.
