Chiara Zeffirelli
Chiara Zeffirelli (born 16 July 1976, in Avignon) is a French classical crossover soprano. She performed the role of Aïra, the betrayed princess of the post-modern opera "Atylantos" by Jean-Patrick Capdevielle. Recently she had some performances in Mexico City and Pachuca de Soto with the Mexican Crossover tenor Oscar Aguilar. A remix album is an album consisting of remixes or rerecorded versions of an artist's earlier released material. The first act who employed the format was American singer-songwriter Harry Nilsson (''Aerial Pandemonium Ballet'', 1971). As of 2007, the best-selling remix album of all time is Michael Jackson's ''Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix'' (1997). History and concept ''Aerial Pandemonium Ballet'' (1971) by Harry Nilsson is credited as the first remix album. It was released after the successes of "Everybody's Talkin'" and ''The Point!'', when he decided that his older material had started to sound dated. Pendragon Records
Pendragon Records was a short-lived American industrial and electronic music record label that was founded in 1997 by Irish expatriate Colm O'Connor. The label was based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pendragon released a total of 25 albums from artists based in the United States, Canada, and Germany. Notable bands signed to Pendragon included Haujobb, Gridlock, Velvet Acid Christ, and Xorcist. Its first release, PEN100, was Haujobb's ''Homes and Gardens''. The label was bought out by Metropolis Records in 1999 shortly after it released Halo_Gen's self-titled album as PEN125. When Metropolis Records bought Pendragon, they continued to sell Pendragon's backstock. Some of the bands that had been signed to Pendragon, such as Haujobb and Imperative Reaction, continued to release music on Metropolis Records.
