Cheryl Chan
Cheryl Chan Wei Ling ( zh, s=陈慧玲, p=Chén Huìlíng; born 1976) is a Singaporean politician and businesswoman. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), she has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Fengshan division of East Coast GRC since 2020 and previously Fengshan SMC between 2015 and 2020. Education Chan attended Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Catholic Junior College before graduating from the Nanyang Technological University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Applied Science with honours degree in materials engineering. She subsequently went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in 2004. Raymond Lim Siang Keat ( zh, s=林双吉, p=Lín Shuāngjí, born 24 June 1959) is a former Singaporean politician. 2020 Singaporean General Election
General elections were held in Singapore on Friday, 10 July 2020 to elect 93 members to the Parliament of Singapore across 31 constituencies. Parliament was dissolved and the general election called by President Halimah Yacob on 23 June, on the advice of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. The Workers' Party (abbreviation: WP) is a major centre-left political party in Singapore and is one of the three contemporary political parties represented in Parliament, alongside the governing People's Action Party (PAP) and opposition Progress Singapore Party (PSP).
