Door County Cherryland Airport is a county-owned public-use airport in Door County, Wisconsin, United States. It is located two nautical miles (4 km) west of the central business district of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2021–2025, in which it is categorized as a local general aviation facility. Door County Cherryland Airport is home to the Door County Civil Air Patrol Composite Squadron (WI-197). The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 630, ''Peninsula Flyers'', are also based at the airfield. History The airport was officially opened in 1939. Cherryland is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Alameda County, California, United States. Cherryland is located between Ashland to the north and the city of Hayward to the south. The population was 15,808 at the 2020 census. History Cherryland largely comprises the residential subdivision of the vast orchards () of San Lorenzo pioneer William Meek, often called the "first farmer" of Alameda County. "Cherryland" was the name of one huge subdivision of this farm initiated by third-generation heirs in 1911. The Meek Mansion is located on Hampton Road in the northern part of Cherryland. The mansion is maintained by the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District, in conjunction with the Hayward Area Historical Society. Cherryland Center (formerly Cherryland Mall) is an outdoor shopping mall in Traverse City, Michigan. Opened in 1976 as an enclosed mall, it was renovated as an outdoor property in 1999. From 2018 until June 2022, the center's sole anchor store was Big Lots. TC Curling Center acquired the old Kmart building and began renovations and opened the space up to tours of the demolition. TC Curling Center opened in January 2023. Although it is often referred to as a "dead mall", the Cherryland Center, as of January 2023, had an occupancy rate over 90 percent. Višnjica ( sr-cyr, Вишњица, ) is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Palilula.
