Viktor Mikhailovich Chernov (russian: Ви́ктор Миха́йлович Черно́в; December 7, 1873 – April 15, 1952) was a Russian revolutionary and one of the founders of the Russian Socialist-Revolutionary Party. He was the primary party theoretician or the 'brain' of the party, and was more of an analyst than a political leader. Tatyana Sergeyevna Chernova (russian: Татьяна Серге́евна Чернова; born 29 January 1988 in Krasnodar) is a Russian former heptathlete. She was originally awarded the bronze medals at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics before being stripped of them for doping. Alex Chernov, (born 12 May 1938) is an Australian lawyer, judge and barrister who served as the 28th Governor of Victoria, from 2011 to 2015. Chernov also served as Vice-President of the Australian Bar Association, from 1986 to 1987, President of the Law Council of Australia, from 1990 to 1991, and the 20th Chancellor of Melbourne University, from 2009 to 2011. Vladimir Nikolaïevitch Chernov (born 22 September 1953) is a Russian baritone, particularly associated with the Russian and Italian opera repertories. Early life Vladimir Chernov was born in a small village near the town of Krasnodar in southern Russia. He studied at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow. The Gidroplan Che-22 Korvet ( en, Corvette) is a three-seat, parasol wing flying boat designed and built in Russia from the 1990s. It can have one or two engines and may be configured as an amphibian. At least eighty have been produced. Design and development The Korvet is one of several parasol wing light flying boat Boris Chernov designs of similar appearance, stemming immediately from the Che-20. The Chernov Che-25 is a four-seat, twin engine parasol wing amphibious flying boat built in Russia in the 1990s. The Che-27 is an enlarged, five seat version. Design and development The Che-25 is very similar in general appearance to earlier Boris Chernov designs such as the two seat Korvet and the Chernov Che-23 but is a four-seat aircraft, with both span and length increased. It has an unswept, straight edged constant chord wing made from riveted duralumin, with a single spar. Lateral (roll) control is by full span flaperons and stability on the water is maintained by downturned fiberglass tips which act as simple floats. The parasol wing is braced by a single streamlined strut on each side to mid fuselage, assisted by jury struts, flying wires and a central section cabane. Mikhail Chernov (born November 11, 1978) is a Russian former professional ice hockey defenceman who played in the Russian Superleague and the Kontinental Hockey League.
