Chen Tsiao-long
Chen Tsiao-long (; born 1 October 1953) is a Taiwanese politician who served two terms as a member of the Legislative Yuan from 2002 to 2008. Education Chen studied electrical engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology. Political career Chen served on the National Assembly before taking office in the Legislative Yuan. In the 2001 legislative elections, Chen Tsiao-long and Chen Chin-te formed an electoral coalition with four other politicians. As the election drew nearer, Chen campaigned alongside Wang Shu-hui and Lai Chin-lin. Chen Tsiao-long won a second term in 2004, and was renominated for a third after defeating Shen Fa-hui in a party primary. During his third legislative campaign, Chen was placed under investigation of electoral fraud, and he subsequently lost to Lee Ching-hua in January 2008. Hassan Wirajuda
Noer Hassan Wirajuda (born July 9, 1948 in Tangerang, West Java, Indonesia) is an Indonesian politician who was the foreign minister of Indonesia from 2001 to 2009. He served during the presidencies of Megawati Sukarnoputri and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Education Wirajuda earned a Doctor of Juridical Science in international law from the University of Virginia School of Law (1981), a Master of Law (LL.M) from Harvard University School of Law (1985), and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University (1984). Jason Hu (; born 15 May 1948) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the mayor of Taichung as provincial city in 2001-2010 and as special municipality in 2010–2014. He is a member of the Kuomintang (KMT), and has been the Vice Chairman of the party since April 2014. Early life Hu was born in Beijing (then known as Peiping) in Mainland China on 15 May 1948, and was a war refugee to Taiwan as a young child when the Chinese Nationalists lost their civil war with the Communists in 1949. Luo Wen-jia
Luo Wen-jia (; Hakka: Lò Vùn-kâ; born 1 January 1966) is a Taiwanese politician. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, Luo worked closely with Chen Shui-bian, first as Chen's legislative assistant, and later within Taipei City Government while Chen was mayor. When Chen was elected president in 2000, Luo joined the Executive Yuan as vice chairman of the Council of Cultural Affairs. Between 2002 and 2004, Luo was a member of the Legislative Yuan. He left the legislature for an appointment as head of the Council for Hakka Affairs, from which he stepped down in 2005 to run unsuccessfully for the Taipei County magistracy. Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant
The Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant (), formerly known as Gongliao and commonly as the Fourth Nuclear Power Plant (), is an unfinished nuclear power plant in New Taipei City, Taiwan. It consists of two ABWRs each of 1,300 MWe net. It is owned by Taiwan Power Company (Taipower). It was intended to be the first of these advanced Generation III reactors built outside Japan. The preceding four reactors in Japan were completed in four to five years. Taipower, however, did not award the contract to a single architect/engineering firm, but split the procurement amongst multiple vendors, complicating the project management and increasing costs.
