Chen Ter-shing
Chen Ter-shing () is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Vice Minister of Science and Technology in 2014–2017. Early life Chen obtained his bachelor's degree in law from National Chung Hsing University in 1974. He then obtained his master's and doctoral degree in the same field from Chinese Culture University in 1976 and 1994 respectively. Yang Hung-duen (; born 3 September 1965) is a Taiwanese physicist. Yang was the president of National Sun Yat-sen University from 2008 to 2016, when he was selected to lead the Ministry of Science and Technology. Academic career Yang earned a bachelor's of science degree in physics from National Taiwan Normal University, and a doctorate in the subject from Iowa State University.
