Chase Litton
Chase Litton (born October 5, 1995) is an American football quarterback who is a free agent. He played college football at Marshall University. He was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2018. Early years Litton attended Wharton High School in Tampa, Florida. As a senior in 2013, he threw for nearly 2,200 yards and 13 touchdowns. He originally committed to play football for the USF Bulls, but decommitted before his senior year. He then did not sign with any school on 2014 National Signing Day and announced that he would be attending a prep school and that he would reclassify into the class of 2015. However, Litton chose not to attend prep school and instead committed to play football for the Marshall Thundering Herd as a class of 2014 recruit. College career As a freshman in 2015, Litton was not originally the Thundering Herd's starting quarterback, but took over the starting role in the third game of the season. Reclassification (education)
In education in the United States, reclassification or reclassing is the assignment of a student's high school (secondary school) graduation class to either a year earlier or later than their original. For young athletes, graduating a year earlier frees them to start their college sports career, with the hope of playing professionally sooner. On the other hand, an athlete repeating a grade and delaying graduation is allowed an extra year to mature. In most cases, a student who reclassified to graduate earlier also previously repeated a grade. The Canadian Football League (CFL; french: Ligue canadienne de football—LCF) is a professional sports league in Canada. The CFL is the highest level of competition in Canadian football. The league consists of nine teams, each located in a city in Canada. They are divided into two divisions: four teams in the East Division and five teams in the West Division. The 2020 XFL Draft was the inaugural player selection process to fill the rosters of the eight teams of the 2020 reboot of the XFL. The draft was held on October 15–16, 2019, via conference call, with results released through the XFL's social media channels. Structure The XFL player allocation process was held in multiple phases, separated by position groups. The league used a "snake" format in each phase, in which the draft order reversed with each round. The draft order was shuffled for each phase as predetermined through lotteries. The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional American football team based in Jacksonville, Florida. The Jaguars compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the American Football Conference (AFC) South division. The team plays its home games at TIAA Bank Field.
