Michael Chaves
Michael Chaves (born November 3, 1984) is an American filmmaker and visual effects artist, best known for his work on the miniseries '' Chase Champion'' and the theatrical films ''The Curse of La Llorona'', '' The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It'', and '' The Nun II''. Career Chaves began directing several short films including ''The Maiden'', which won the Best Super Short Horror Film Award at Shriekfest 2016. He also created the television series '' Chase Champion'', and directed all of the episodes. He transitioned to feature-length filmmaking with horror films ''The Curse of La Llorona'', '' The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It'', and '' The Nun II'', all produced by James Wan. The latter two films are the seventh and eighth installments of The Conjuring Universe, respectively. Nicktoons (formerly Nicktoons Network) is an American pay television channel owned by Paramount Media Networks. A web series (also known as a web show) is a series of scripted or non-scripted online videos, generally in episodic form, released on the Internet, which first emerged in the late 1990s and became more prominent in the early 2000s.
