Charlotte Abramow
Charlotte Abramow (born 30 September 1993 in Brussels) is a Belgian photographer and filmmaker. Biography Charlotte Abramow was born in Brussels and made her first pictures around the age of 7. At the age of 16, she was spotted by photographer Paolo Roversi, during an internship at the 2010 Rencontres d'Arles. In 2011, Roversi wrote an article about her photos, "The fragility and soul of a warrior", published in '' Polka Magazine''. In 2013, she joined the Gobelins School in Paris, and graduated in 2015. Her photographic work combines seriousness and absurdity. In 2017, she started making the video for the song ''La Loi de Murphy'' and ''Je veux tes yeux'' by Angèle. In 2018, she created a video clip for International Women's Day, using the song '' Les Passantes'' by Georges Brassens, based on an idea by Christophe Coffre, president of Havas. Marina Rollman
Marina Rollman (born 9 August 1988 in Geneva) is a Swiss comedian. Biography Rollman was born and raised in Geneva. She pursued her studies, in Switzerland then Paris, in Architecture then in classic literature. She cites Jerry Seinfeld's show "I'm telling you for the last time" as a big inspiration to become a comedian. In 2009 she participated in a comedy contest in Paris, in front of professionals, but to no avail. Following her failed first attempt, she jumped between jobs, most notably in advertising in her father's company, working a food truck, and as a babysitter for Natalie Portman’s child. In 2013, she again tried her hand as a comedian, inspired by fellow Swiss comedian Thomas Wiesel. Georges Charles Brassens (; 22 October 1921 – 29 October 1981) was a French singer-songwriter and poet. As an iconic figure in France, he achieved fame through his elegant songs with their harmonically complex music for voice and guitar and articulate, diverse lyrics. Paolo Roversi (born 1947) is an Italian-born fashion photographer who lives and works in Paris. Early life Born in Ravenna in 1947, Paolo Roversi's interest in photography was kindled as a teenager during a family vacation in Spain in 1964. Back home, he set up a darkroom in a convenient cellar with another keen amateur, the local postman Battista Minguzzi, and began developing and printing his own black & white work. The encounter with a local professional photographer Nevio Natali was very important: in Nevio's studio, Roversi spent many hours realising an important apprenticeship as well as a strong durable friendship. International Women's Day (IWD) is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 as a focal point in the women's rights movement, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women.
