Charlie Ide
Charlie Joe Ide (born 10 May 1988) is an English former professional footballer who began his career at Brentford. Career Ide is a striker who made his debut for Brentford in a 2–1 win over Hull City in May 2005. He had loan spells at Slough Town towards the end of the 2005–06 season and at Sutton United the following 2006–07 season. He was recalled from his loan spell at Sutton and soon found himself in Brentford's first team. He scored his first professional goal against Tranmere Rovers in December 2006 and continued his good form by scoring both goals in the 2–2 draw with Leyton Orient the following month. It was in this game where he earned the nickname of 'The Squirrel', when at a Brentford corner a squirrel turned up on the pitch and ran the length of The New Road Stand, play was delayed, and when restarted Ide scored from the resulting corner. Sunbury-on-Thames (or commonly Sunbury) is a suburban town on the north bank of the River Thames in the Borough of Spelthorne, Surrey, centred southwest of central London. Brantham is a village and civil parish in the Babergh district of Suffolk, England. It is located close to the River Stour and the border with Essex, around north of Manningtree, and around southwest of Ipswich. History The name Brantham is of Old English origin - ''Brant'' for 'hill' and ''ham'' 'village' — hence, 'village on the hill'. Another possible translation may be 'burnt village', a name given after a Viking invasion coming up from the River Stour. Andrew Scott (born 2 August 1972) is an English former professional footballer and manager He is currently the technical director for League One club Charlton Athletic. During his playing career, Scott played in the Premier League and Football League for Brentford, Oxford United, Sheffield United and Leyton Orient as a forward and utility player. The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system.
