Charlie Dobson is a British sprinter, who came second in the 200 metres event at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships. He was part of the British team that won the relay at the 2022 European Athletics Championships. Personal life Dobson is from Colchester, Essex, England. Colchester

Colchester Sixth Form College
The Sixth Form College, Colchester is a sixth form college in Colchester, England. Established in 1987, it provides further education in the north Essex area. History The college is located on the former site of the Gilberd School. Recently constructed parts of the building were designed by local architects Martin Wilesmith and Bob Ward of the Roff Marsh Partnership. Alex Haydock-Wilson
Alex Haydock-Wilson (born 28 July 1999) is a British track and field athlete. In 2023, he became British 400 metres champion. Haydock-Wilson studied Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Loughborough. In 2022, he was awarded a first-class degree and started his PhD in photovoltaic technology. Haydock-Wilson was a member of the British 4 x 400-metre relay team that won bronze at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships. In 2019, he won a bronze medal in the 400m at the British indoor senior championships. At the 2022 World Athletics Championships, Haydock-Wilson qualified from the heats to reach the semi-finals of the men's 400 metres where he ran a new personal best time. Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake
Nethaneel Joseph Mitchell-Blake (born 2 April 1994, London) is a British sprinter who specialises in the 200 metres. He was the 2013 European Junior Champion and his personal best of 19.95 seconds ranks him as the second-fastest in Britain of all-time in the event. He is only the second Briton, after Adam Gemili to break both 10 seconds for 100 metres and 20 seconds for 200 metres. The ''Essex County Standard'' is a weekly newspaper, published in Colchester, Essex. In August 2019 Newsquest announced it would no longer subscribe to the Audit Bureau of Circulation, the body that provides independently verified circulation figures to advertisers. The 2021 World Athletics Relays have been held in Chorzów, Poland from 1 to 2 May 2021. Matthew Hudson-Smith (born 26 October 1994) is a British track and field sprinter who specialises in the 400 metres. He holds, as of July 2022, the British record, running a personal best of 44.35 seconds for the distance set at Eugene, Oregon in the 2022 Diamond League meeting. Personal Record
A personal record or personal best (abbreviated to PR or PB) is an individual's best performance in a given sporting discipline. It is most commonly found in athletic sports, such as track and field, other forms of running, swimming (sport), swimming and Olympic weightlifting, weightlifting. The term "PR" came from the world of running, referring to a person's best time in a race of a specific distance. So, if someone runs their first 5K run, 5K race in 28:45, that's their PR for the 5-kilometre distance. If they run faster than 28:45 in a subsequent 5K race, then they have a new PR for that distance. Over time, PR came to mean any new record in a sport that could be performed by a single person. Jona Efoloko (born 23 September 1999) is a British sprinter. A former European youth (U18) and World Junior (U20) champion in 200 metres, In 2022, he was part of the Great Britain relay team that won European and Commonwealth gold, and World Championship bronze, in the men's 4 x 100 metres relay.
