Charlie Beljan
Charlie Benjamin Beljan (born October 10, 1984) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Amateur career Beljan was born in Mesa, Arizona. He won the 2002 U.S. Junior Amateur at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia. He also won the 2006 Arizona Amateur. Beljan played college golf at the University of New Mexico, where he won three times and was an All-American in 2007. Professional career After graduating from New Mexico Beljan turned professional in 2007. He played on the Gateway Tour from 2008 to 2011, winning seven times, and he led the money list in 2009. He qualified for the U.S. Open in 2008 and 2009, but missed the cut both times. He earned his 2012 PGA Tour card by finishing in a tie for 13th at 2011 PGA Tour Qualifying School. Jonas Blixt
Jonas Blixt (born 24 April 1984) is a Swedish professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour. He is a three-time winner on the PGA Tour, with his most recent win coming at the 2017 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Amateur career Blixt was born in Nässjö, in the province of Småland, Sweden, but moved with his parents to Karlstad in the province of Värmland. Representing Hammarö Golf Club, he won the 2003 Swedish Junior Stroke-play Championship at Finspång Golf Club and the 2005 Swedish Junior Match-play Championship at Ängsö Golf Club. He also won the 2003 Nordic Championship individually as well as with the Swedish team. The Open Championship
The Open Championship, often referred to as The Open or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the most prestigious. Founded in 1860, it was originally held annually at Prestwick Golf Club in Scotland. Later the venue rotated between a select group of coastal links golf courses in the United Kingdom. The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf. Arizona Open
The Arizona Open Championship is the annual open state championship of golf in Arizona. The competition is 54-holes of stroke play (3 rounds on an 18-hole course), with the winner being the player with the lowest total number of strokes. Following 36-holes of play the field is cut to the top 50 players and ties for the final round. In the event of a tie following 54-holes, a hole-by-hole, sudden death playoff will determine the winner. New Mexico Open
The New Mexico Open is the New Mexico state open golf tournament, open to both amateur and professional golfers. It is organized by the Sun Country section of the PGA of America. It has been played annually since 1954 at a variety of courses around the state. In 2011 it was hosted at Santa Ana Golf Club on the Santa Ana Pueblo, just north of Albuquerque.
