Charles Winder
Charles Blish Winder, Jr. (June 23, 1874 – March 5, 1921) was an American sport shooter, who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics. He was a colonel in the Ohio Army National Guard. Biography He was born in Wayne Township, Champaign County, Ohio Wayne Township is one of the twelve townships of Champaign County, Ohio, United States. As of the 2010 census the population was 1,809.
