Charles A. Legge
Charles Alexander Legge (August 24, 1930 – December 8, 2023) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Education and career Legge was born in San Francisco, California, and attended Piedmont High School. He received an Artium Baccalaureus degree from Stanford University in 1952 and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 1954. He passed the State Bar of California in 1954. He was in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956, and was then in private practice in San Francisco until 1984. Cal.) is the federal United States district court whose jurisdiction comprises the following counties of California: Alameda, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma. Ronald Wilson Reagan ( ; February 6, 1911June 5, 2004) was an American politician, actor, and union leader who served as the 40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989.
