Charity Dingle
Charity Dingle (also Tate, Sharma and Macey) is a fictional character from the British television soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by Emma Atkins. Suranne Jones originally auditioned for the role of Charity prior to Atkins being cast in the role. The actress began filming her first scenes in February 2000, and she made her first screen appearance as Charity during the episode broadcast on 30 March 2000. Actress Mica Proctor played a young Charity in a flashback episode about the character's past, which aired on 29 May 2018. Emma Atkins
Emma Jayne Atkins (born 31 March 1975) is an English actress, best known for her role as Charity Dingle in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale''. Early life Atkins grew up in the village of Silverdale, Lancashire, and then went to study at the University of Salford. Atkins' mother worked in Wakefield Prison. Career Atkins is known for portraying the role of Charity Dingle on the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' since 2000. Sam Dingle is a fictional character from the British television soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by James Hooton. He made his first appearance in the episode broadcast on 14 February 1995. Casting Actor James Hooton was cast as Sam in December 1994. He decided to shave off his hair before his audition after learning what the role would entail. He commented "I thought, 'that will get it for me' and it did." The producers agreed, as the short haircut made Hooton look "tough", which was ideal for the character. Eli Dingle is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by Joe Gilgun. Chastity Dingle (also Livesy and Spencer) is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by Lucy Pargeter. Shadrach Dingle
Shadrach Dingle is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale''. Shadrach Dingle was played by Andy Devine whose character debuted during 2674th episode of Emmerdale which aired on 30 March 2000. Zachariah Bartholomew "Zak" Dingle is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by Steve Halliwell. He first appeared on 20 October 1994.
