''Boston Public'', an American drama television series created by David E. Kelley debuted on Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox on October 23, 2000. The series was canceled during its fourth season, and Fox aired its final episode on January 30, 2004, although two episodes were left unaired by the network. The final two episodes were subsequently aired on March 1 and 2, 2005 on TV One (US TV network), TV One. The series centers on the teachers and students of Winslow High School, a fictional public high school located in Boston, Massachusetts. ''Boston Public'' is an American drama television series created by David E. Kelley and broadcast on Fox. Set in Boston, the series centers on Winslow High School, a fictional public high school in the Boston Public Schools district. It features a large ensemble cast and focuses on the work and private lives of the various teachers, students, and administrators at the school. It aired from October 2000 to January 2004. Michael Zinberg
Michael Allan Zinberg (born March 22, 1944), is an American television director, producer and writer. Early life and education Zinberg was born in Bexar County, Texas to Dorothy Zinberg (née Rissien) and William Zinberg. Zinberg graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio, TX. In 1977, received a B.S. in radio-television-film from Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin. Career Zinberg moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1968, with his first job as an usher at CBS Television City.
