''Chaos'' is the seventh studio album by American Nu metalcore band Attila. The album was released on November 4, 2016, through SharpTone Records. It is the band's only release on the label after leaving Artery Recordings, and is the first to be produced by Erik Ron, succeeding long-time producer Joey Sturgis. This is the last Attila album to feature Sean Heenan on drums. Attila (metalcore Band)
Attila is an American metalcore band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2005. They have released eight full-length albums. Though their original formation was in 2005, the band did not start touring full-time until around 2010. Their most successful album, '' About That Life'', was produced by Joey Sturgis, released on June 25, 2013, and debuted on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart at number 22. Attila has toured across the United States with bands such as Hed PE, Arsonists Get All the Girls, See You Next Tuesday, Insane Clown Posse, Emmure, Chelsea Grin, The Agonist, Oceano, Falling in Reverse, and Metro Station. Metalcore
Metalcore (also known as metallic hardcore) is a fusion music genre that combines elements of extreme metal and hardcore punk. As with other styles blending metal and hardcore, such as crust punk and grindcore, metalcore is noted for its use of breakdowns, slow, intense passages conducive to moshing. Other defining instrumental qualities include heavy riffs and stop-start rhythm guitar playing, occasional blast beats, and double bass drumming. ''Guilty Pleasure'' is the sixth studio album by American Nu metalcore band Attila. The album released on November 24, 2014, through Artery Recordings. It is the band's fourth and final release on the label. Joey Sturgis
Joey Sturgis (born January 3, 1985) is an American record producer and owner of The Foundation Recording Studio in Connersville, Indiana. Sturgis started recording in 2004 including producing the Asking Alexandria single "The Final Episode" which has gone on to earn an RIAA certified Gold Record. He also received RIAA-certified Gold Records for Asking Alexandria's "Not the American Average", "Moving On" and Of Mice & Men's "Second and Sebring". He has recorded over 100 albums in his career, and was known for doing a majority of the workload by himself in his early years, including engineering, mixing, mastering, and production. Sturgis is also the founder and president of Joey Sturgis Tones, which are his own line of audio recording plugins. Ookay
Abraham Laguna, known by his stage name Ookay, is an American electronic music producer, DJ and singer. Career Laguna is based in Los Angeles and his father is a bassist who performed a bass solo during Ookay's Father's Day set at EDC 2015. 2013 Ookay teamed up with Diplo to remix Avicii's "You Make Me".
