Chantysha Netteb
Chantysha Netteb (born 8 June 1997) is a retired Dutch artistic gymnast. Career Netteb competed at the 2012 European Junior Championships, and the Dutch team finished in 6th place. Individually, Netteb finished 22nd in the all-around final, and she won the gold medal on vault with a total score of 14.133. At the 2012 Dutch Junior Championships, she won gold medals in every event except for the floor exercise, where she won a silver medal behind Eythora Thorsdottir. She finished 6th in the vault final at the 2013 FIG World Cup in Cottbus after falling on her yurchenko 1.5. Netteb competed at the 2013 European Championships. In the qualification round, she had a minor injury on her vault and decided to pull out of the other events. She qualified for the vault event final, and she decided to still compete because her leg felt better. She ended up finishing 6th. Eythora Elisabet Thorsdottir ( is, Eyþóra Elísabet Þórsdóttir; born 10 August 1998) is a Dutch gymnast born to Icelandic parents. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where she finished ninth in the individual all-around, the highest placing ever for a gymnast from the Netherlands. At the 2017 European Championships, she won a silver medal on balance beam and a bronze medal on floor exercise. Yurchenko (vault)
Yurchenko, also known as round-off entry vaults, are a family of vaults performed in artistic gymnastics in which the gymnast does a round-off onto the springboard and a back handspring onto the horse or vaulting table. The gymnast then performs a salto, which may range in difficulty from a simple single tuck to a triple twist layout. Different variations in the difficulty of the salto lead to higher D-scores. This family of vaults is the most common type of vault in gymnastics and its named after Natalia Yurchenko, who first performed it in 1982.
