Changing Nature
"Changing Nature" is the seventh episode of the fourth season of the American Broadcasting Company, ABC sitcom ''Dinosaurs (TV series), Dinosaurs'' as well as the final episode of the series before its apparent cancellation. It originally aired on American Broadcasting Company, ABC on July 20, 1994, as the network series finale. The episode had an unexpectedly dark and depressing tone, which caught a lot of fans and critics off-guard. The final episode deals with nature being thrown out of balance due to the extinction of a bug species called Bunch Beetles caused by the corrupt company WESAYSO, whom the main character of the series, Earl Sinclair, works for. To fix the problem WESAYSO has formed a task force with Earl as chairman in charge. However, after multiple attempts to fix the problem, Earl only winds up making the problem worse and causes the Ice Age. ''Dinosaurs'' is an American family sitcom television series that aired on ABC for four seasons from April 26, 1991, through July 20, 1994 (preempted episodes that had never been allowed to run also aired as a second part of the fourth season from September 6, 1995 through November 10, 1995), and reruns were shown on Disney Channel. The show, about a family of anthropomorphic dinosaurs, was produced by Michael Jacobs Productions and Jim Henson Television in association with Walt Disney Television and distributed by Buena Vista International, Inc. The characters were designed by Henson team member Kirk Thatcher. Stuart Pankin
Stuart Pankin (born April 8, 1946) is an American actor. He is known for his role as anchor Bob Charles in ''Not Necessarily the News'' and as the voice of Earl Sinclair in '' Dinosaurs''. Stuart is also known for his portrayal of Commander Edward Plank in the ''Zenon'' trilogy films, and Orthodox Jew Ben Heineman in '' Curb Your Enthusiasm'', as well as making many guest appearances in many television shows and for lending his voice to various animated shows and films. Among his approximately three dozen films was '' Hollywood Knights''. He also appeared in ''Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves'' and '' Arachnophobia'' and as Jimmy in '' Fatal Attraction''.
