Chang Won-Jun
Chang Won-jun (Hangul: 장원준, Hanja: 張元準; born July 31, 1985) is a South Korean pitcher for the Doosan Bears of the KBO League. Professional career He joined the Lotte Giants in the first draft in 2004, and played for the team between 2004 and 2014. On November 26, 2014, he declared it to be in the free agent market on the expiration of its preferential negotiation. After that, he signed an agreement with the Doosan Bears on November 29, 2014. The 2007 Baseball World Cup (BWC) was the 37th international Men's amateur baseball tournament. The tournament was sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation, which titled it the Amateur World Series from the 1938 tournament through the 1986 AWS. The tournament was held, for the second time, in Taiwan (which played as Chinese Taipei), from November 6 to 18. The United States defeated Cuba in the final, winning its third title. 2017 World Baseball Classic
The 2017 World Baseball Classic (WBC) was an international professional baseball competition, composed of 16 competing nations, held from March 6 to March 22, 2017. It was the fourth iteration of the World Baseball Classic. The first-round hosts were Seoul, Tokyo, Miami, and Zapopan. The second-round hosts were Tokyo and San Diego, and the championship round was played in Los Angeles. Twelve of the 16 competing nations qualified based on their performance during the first round of the 2013 tournament; the remaining four nations were the winners of four qualification tournaments that took place in February, March, and September 2016.
