Chandrashekhar (actor)
Chandrashekhar Vaidya (7 July 1922 – 16 June 2021), known simply as Chandrashekhar, was an Indian actor and filmmaker working in the Bollywood film industry. He was best known for playing supporting characters in films starring Rajesh Khanna in lead roles and later for playing Arya Sumant in the epic television series Ramayan. He died of age-related illness on 16 June 2021, at the age of 98, though some news sources incorrectly listed his age as 97. Early life Chandrashekhar was born in Hyderabad on 7 July 1922. He dropped out of college, and moved to Bombay in the early 1940s. He had a diploma in western dancing from the UK. Chandrashekhar Prasad
Chandrashekar Prasad (20 September 1964 – 31 March 1997) popularly known as Chandu was a student leader and later an activist affiliated to the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation. He graduated from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, and served as the president of the Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union for two terms. Prasad played a key role in the development of All India Students Association. On 31 March 1997, he was assassinated by sharpshooters allegedly in the employ of Mohammad Shahabuddin of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, while addressing street corner meetings in the district town of Siwan, Bihar in support of a strike. His assassination led to remarkable student protests across India. Chandrashekhar Singh
Chandrashekhar Singh (17 August 1927 - 9 July 1986) was a member of the Indian National Congress and served as the 16th Chief Minister of Bihar from August 1983 to March 1985. He also held a number of Union State Minister positions in the Ministry of Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. He was elected to Bihar Vidhan Sabha four times, and also to the Parliament a few times. He last held the position of Union Minister of Petroleum, during which he died due to cancer. Chandra Shekhar Tiwari ( (23 July 1906 – 27 February 1931), popularly known as Chandra Shekhar Azad, was an Indian revolutionary who reorganised the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA) under its new name of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA) after the death of its founder, Ram Prasad Bismil, and three other prominent party leaders, Roshan Singh, Rajendra Nath Lahiri and Ashfaqulla Khan. Chandra Shekhar ( 17 April 1927 – 9 August 2015) was an Indian politician who served as the 8th Prime Minister of India, between 10 November 1990 and 21 June 1991. He headed a minority government of a breakaway faction of the Janata Dal with outside support from the Indian National Congress. His government was largely seen as a "puppet" and "lame duck", and the government was formed with the fewest party MPs in the Lok Sabha.
