Chan Road
Chan Road ( th, ถนนจันทน์, , ; ), also known as Trok Chan ( th, ตรอกจันทน์, ; ), is a road and neighbourhood in Bangkok. It's a separate from Nang Linchi road in the area of Thung Maha Mek sub-district, Sathon district and runs through Chan - Naradhiwas intersection which meet Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra road. In this phase, it also acts as a line between Sathon district's Thung Wat Don and Yan Nawa district's Chong Nonsi sub-district, then through two more intersections viz Tai Duan Chan junction and Sathu - Chan junction as far as end at Trok Chan junction, which it meet to Charoen Krung road in the area of Wat Phraya Krai sub-district, Bang Kho Laem district. Sathon District
Sathon or Sathorn ( th, สาทร, ) is one of the 50 districts (''khet'') of Bangkok, Thailand. The district is bounded by six other districts (from north clockwise): Bang Rak, Pathum Wan, Khlong Toei, Yan Nawa, Bang Kho Laem, and Khlong San (across the Chao Phraya River). History Sathon district was once part of Yan Nawa. Due to its large area and population, first a branch district office of Yan Nawa was set up on 9 March 1989 to serve the people in three ''khwaeng'' of Yan Nawa. And then on 9 November 1989, the Sathon district was established inheriting the area once served by the branch office. The district is named after Sathon Road and Khlong Sathon. Bang Kho Laem District
Bang Kho Laem ( th, บางคอแหลม, ) is one of the 50 districts (''khet'') of Bangkok, Thailand. The incumbent district officer is Samita Xanthavanij. The district is bounded by (clockwise from north) Sathon, Yannawa, and across the Chao Phraya River, Rat Burana, Thon Buri and Khlong San districts. History Bang Kho Laem was formerly a part of amphoe Ban Thawai in Phra Pradaeng Province. Ban Thawai was later reassigned to Phra Nakhon Province, and renamed amphoe Yan Nawa. When Phra Nakhon and Thon Buri were combined into a single province in 1972, the names of administrative units in the newly combined capital were changed from amphoe and tambon to district (''khet'') and sub-district (''khwaeng''). Bangkok BRT
The Bangkok BRT is a bus rapid transit system in Bangkok, Thailand. Of five routes that were originally planned, only one line has been operating since 2010, with the other routes cancelled. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) announced the whole system might be cancelled at the end of April 2017 due to low ridership and financial losses, however a subsequent opinion survey carried out by the BMA found there was a demand for the service to be retained. In March 2017 the Bangkok Governor announced the service would continue, with increased ticket prices and changed operator to Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited. The route has twelve stations in the centre of the road that give at grade access to the right hand side of the buses. BTS Skytrain
The Bangkok Mass Transit System, commonly known as the BTS Skytrain ( th, รถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอส '' TS'), is an elevated rapid transit system in Bangkok, Thailand. It is operated by Bangkok Mass Transit System PCL (BTSC), a subsidiary of BTS Group Holdings, under a concession granted by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) which owns the lines. The system consists of 62 stations along three lines with a combined route length of . The BTS Sukhumvit Line running northwards and south-eastwards, terminating at Khu Khot and Kheha respectively.
