Chaminda Bandara
Konara Mudiyanselage Chaminda Bandara (born 22 May 1987) is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer. In June 2016, he was added to Sri Lanka's squad for the third Test against England, after Dushmantha Chameera was ruled out through injury. Domestic career Bandara is a past pupil of St. Mary's College, Kegalle. He has played for five years in the domestic arena with 51 first-class matches and has taken 141 wickets. He took figures of 9 for 68 in his final first-class game before he represented his national team. The match was played in March against Sri Lanka Army Sports Club. During the AIA Premier League Tournament, in the 2015/16 season, Bandara was the only fast-bowler to feature in the top 15 wicket-takers list. Kegalle
Kegalle ( si, කෑගල්ල; ta, கேகாலை) is a large town in Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka. It is located on the Colombo–Kandy road, approximately from Colombo and from Kandy. It is the main town in the Kegalle District, which is one of two districts which comprise Sabaragamuwa Province. The town is governed by an Urban Council. Sri Lankan Cricket Team In England And Ireland In 2016
The Sri Lanka national cricket team toured England from 8 May to 5 July 2016 for a three-match Test series, a five-match One Day International (ODI) series and a one-off Twenty20 International (T20I) against the England cricket team. England won the Test series 2–0, the ODI series 3–0 and won the one-off T20I match by 8 wickets. They also played two first-class matches against Essex and Leicestershire prior to the Test series, and two ODI matches against Ireland prior to the ODI series. The two first-class matches were both drawn and Sri Lanka won the ODI series against Ireland 2–0. Pathira Vasan Dushmantha Chameera (born 11 January 1992) is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer who plays for all three formats for the national team, and plays domestically for Nondescripts Cricket Club. He made his international debut for Sri Lanka in January 2015. Domestic and T20 franchise career In March 2018, Chameera was named in Colombo's squad for the 2017–18 Super Four Provincial Tournament. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. Fast bowling (also referred to as pace bowling) is one of two main approaches to bowling in the sport of cricket, the other being spin bowling. Practitioners of pace bowling are usually known as ''fast'' bowlers, ''quicks'', or ''pacemen''.
