Chaina Bhabish
''Chaina Bhabish'' ( bn, চাইনা ভাবিস) is the debut studio album by Bangladeshi singer, songwriter Arnob, released on 1 June 2005 by Ektaar Music. The album was mixed, mastered and engineered by Arnob himself. It featured the hit song " She Je Boshe Ache". The album artwork was also drawn by Arnob himself. Since the release of the album Arnob gained huge popularity among the youth of Bangladesh. After leaving his band Bangla, Arnob signed a contract with Ektaar Music and started recording in March, which ended in May 2005. Only two songs in this album was written by Arnob, "She Je Boshe Ache" and "Chuya Chuyi". This album was both well received by people and have sold over 250,000 copies in Bangladesh and is considered to be one of the best-selling albums of the decade. Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, known professionally as Arnob, is a Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, musician, painter, filmmaker, animator and producer. Arnob was the founder of indie folk band ''Bangla'' which stayed active for a decade before going into hiatus in the late 2000s. Arnob continued performing with some of the band members as ''Arnob and Friends''. He also briefly collaborated with ''Prayer Hall'', a Bangladeshi rock band. Sahana Bajpaie (born 6 February) is an Indian singer-songwriter and a contemporary Rabindra Sangeet vocalist in Bengali. Born in Santiniketan, by the age of three she started singing. She released her debut album '' Notun Kore Pabo Bole'' in 2007 from Dhaka, Bangladesh, which was a collection of Rabindra Sangeet. Bangla is a folk-rock band from Bangladesh. Formed by the popular indie musician Shayan Chowdhury Arnob, Bangla mainly blends the traditional Bangladeshi folk genres like Baul, Lalon together with western flavours like jazz, blues, rock etc. The band released its first album ''Kingkortobbobimurho'' in 2002. She Je Boshe Ache is a Bangladeshi song, which was first released in 2004 as the title track of the teleplay ''Off Beat,'' which started at 36:55 of the teleplay. The original acoustic version, the one released in the teleplay, was written, composed, and sung by Arnob. Later, it was performed by Black in their compilation album ''Shopnochura'' which was released in the same year. In 2005, Arnob released the original version in his debut album Chaina Bhabish. However, because the Black version was released in 2004 (but after the release of the original version by Arnob in Off Beat earlier in 2004) and Arnob's original version was also included in his debut album Chaina Bhabish much later in 2005, many confused the version performed by Black to be the original one. ''Hok Kolorob (হোক কলরব)'' is the second studio album by Bangladeshi singer-songwriter Arnob, released by BMC on 1 January 2006. After the massive success from his debut album, '' Chaina Bhabish'', he gained more popularity among the youth. After his one year record contract with Ektaar expired, he signed a contract with Bengal Music Company (BMC) and started the recording of this album in the fall of 2005. The album has sold over 150,000 copies and is considered to be one of the best-selling albums of all time.
