Chaco For Ever
Club Atlético Chaco For Ever, usually just Chaco For Ever, is an Argentine Football club, their home town is Resistencia, in the Province of Chaco in Northern Argentina. They currently play in the Primera Nacional, the second tier of Argentine football. History Chaco For Ever was founded in 1913. The use of an English phrase was common to clubs in Argentina at the turn of the 20th century but the term ‘Chaco For Ever’ is unique. It is thought that the club founder felt that such a name would guarantee a prosperous future and, in short, make it a club ‘forever’. The colours the club chose to wear as their identity represented the local economy at the time: white for cotton and black for coal. The Argentine football league system include tournaments organised by the Argentine Football Association. Clubs affiliated to the body compete in the tournaments, which are split into categories or divisions. Primera Nacional (usually called simply Nacional B, in English "National B Division", and known as Primera B Nacional until the 2019–20 season) is the second division of the Argentine football league system. The competition is made up of 37 teams. It is played by teams from all over the country. Resistencia () is the capital and largest city of the province of Chaco in north-eastern Argentina. According to the 2010 census, the population of the city proper was 291,720 inhabitants. It is the anchor of a larger metropolitan area, Greater Resistencia, which comprises at least three more municipalities for a total population of 387,340 as of 2010. This conurbation is the largest in the province, and the eleventh most populous in the country. Chaco (; Wichi: ''To-kós-wet''), officially the Province of Chaco ( es, provincia del Chaco ), is one of the 23 provinces in Argentina. Its capital and largest city, is Resistencia.
