Sebastián Pagador is a province in the southeastern parts of the Bolivian department of Oruro. Its seat is Santiago de Huari. Location Sebastián Pagador province is one of sixteen provinces in the Oruro Department. It is located between 18° 55' and 19° 30' South and between 65° 49' and 66° 37' West. It borders the northern part of Eduardo Avaroa Province in the north east and north, Sud Carangas Province and Ladislao Cabrera Province in the north west, the southern part of Eduardo Avaroa Province in the south west, and Potosí Department in the south east.
