Central Comprehensively Deepening Reforms Commission
The Central Comprehensively Deepening Reforms Commission (), formerly known as the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms () is a policy formulation and implementation body set up under the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in charge of "Comprehensively Deepening Reforms". These reforms are intended to be even more far-reaching than the previous round of comprehensive Chinese economic reforms initiated by Deng Xiaoping. The decision to establish the group was announced at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee in November 2013, which also approved a ''Decision of the CCP Central Committee on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms''. Huairen Hall
The Huairen Hall or Huairentang () is a building inside Zhongnanhai, the Chinese government's leadership compound in Beijing. It has been the site of several major events in Chinese history. Huairen Hall is the main meeting place of the Politburo of the Communist party of China and an alternate meeting place of the Standing Committee. The building is also the meeting location of several of the Communist Party's leading groups such as the Financial and Economic Affairs Leading Group and the Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms. History Construction of the hall began in 1885 and was overseen by Yixuan, Prince Chun. The 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 18th National Congress on 15 November 2012, and sat in plenary sessions until the communing of the 19th National Congress in 2017. It was formally proceeded by the 17th Central Committee. The committee is composed of full members and alternate members. A member has voting rights, while an alternate does not. If a full member is removed from the CC the vacancy is then filled by an alternate member at the next committee plenum — the alternate member who received the most confirmation votes in favour is highest on the order of precedence.
