Celeste Ntuli
Celeste Ntuli (born 25 August 1978) is a South African comedian and actress. She is popularly referred to as the queen of the Zulu comedy and she is known for being the first local female comic to record a one woman show DVD. Early years and education Ntuli was born in Empangeni where she had her primary and high school education. She is the sixth child of eight. Her family relocated to Durban, and there she studied entertainment technology at Durban University of Technology. Career In 2005, she performed her first comedy show in a church in Durban. She was a finalist on season 2 of SABC 1’s So You Think You’re Funny competition in 2009. She began her professional career in comedy in 2010. Currently, she is known for being the first comedian to record a one-woman show DVD entitled Seriously, Celeste. Empangeni
Empangeni is a city in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is approximately 157 kilometres north of Durban, in hilly countryside, overlooking a flat coastal plain and the major harbour town of Richards Bay 16 kilometres away. The N2 freeway runs east from Empangeni intersecting John Ross Highway (R34) which connects Empangeni and Richards Bay. The climate is sub-tropical with an average temperature of 28.4 °C in summer and 14.5 °C in Winter. The Durban University of Technology (DUT) is a multi-campus university situated in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It was formed in 2002 following the merger of Technikon Natal and ML Sultan Technikon and it was initially known as the Durban Institute of Technology. The Leicester Square Theatre is a 400-seat theatre in Leicester Place, immediately north of Leicester Square, in the City of Westminster, London.
