Celebrity Family Feud
''Celebrity Family Feud'' is a broadcast network spin-off of the syndicated American game show ''Family Feud''. Like the primetime ''All-Star Specials'' aired during the late 1970s and early 1980s by the show's then-network home ABC, the episodes feature teams of celebrities playing as a 'family' for charity, rather than the regular format of real families playing for cash and prizes. The current version, outside the one-season summer format on NBC, has aired as a summer series on ABC since 2015, as a part of that network's "Summer Fun & Games" blocks of primetime game shows. Albert Lincoln Roker Jr. (born August 20, 1954) is an American weather presenter, journalist, television personality, and author. He is the current weather anchor on NBC's ''Today'', and occasionally co-hosts '' 3rd Hour Today''. He has an inactive American Meteorological Society Television Seal #238. Early life Roker was born in the borough of Queens, New York City, the son of Isabel, of Jamaican descent, and Albert Lincoln Roker Sr., a bus driver of Bahamian descent. Grant Denyer
Grant Craig Denyer (born 12 September 1977) is an Australian television and radio presenter and motor racing driver, who has worked for several television networks, including Seven Network and Network 10, mostly serving as a presenter. In 2018, he won a Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television. All Star Family Feud
''All Star Family Feud'' was an Australian game show which aired on Network Ten from 14 March 2016 until 6 May 2018. The series, which is a spin off of ''Family Feud'', sees celebrities compete in teams to raise money for their chosen charity. ''All Star Family Feud'' was filmed at Global Television Studios in Southbank, Melbourne from 2016–2017 and at Network Ten's Studios in Pyrmont, Sydney in 2018. Differences from regular Family Feud The primary difference in game play of the All Star version compared to the civilian version is the number of rounds (as a 60-minute show compared to 30 minutes) and win conditions. Each game consists of six rounds (3 regular value rounds, 2 "double" rounds, and a "triple" round), with the winner being the team with more points at the end of the sixth round (there is no 300 points to win rule, and no Sudden Death). Robert Edward Brough (born 1955) is an Australian journalist, television presenter and rugby league coach. Media career Radio Brough began his media career in radio in the 1970s as an announcer at radio station 4VL in Charleville, Queensland. ''Family Feud'' was an Australian game show based on the American show of the same name. The program ran on the Nine Network from 1978 to 1984, and on the Seven Network from 1990 to 1996. The program has been revived twice, in 2006 and 2014. Gameplay Two families compete, with four members on each team. A host asks representatives of the family questions that have already been answered by a survey of 100 people. Teams score points for correct answers. An answer is considered correct if it is one of the concealed answers on the game board, or judged to be equivalent.
