Celebrity Big Brother (UK Series 1)
''Celebrity Big Brother 1'', also referred to as ''Celebrity Big Brother 2001'', was the first series of the British reality television show ''Celebrity Big Brother (British TV series), Celebrity Big Brother''. The show is based on an originally Netherlands, Dutch TV series of the Big Brother (Netherlands), same name created by producer John de Mol in 1997. In honour of ''Comic Relief'', six celebrities entered the Big Brother house. The series premiered on 9 March 2001, and lasted for a total of eight days. It concluded on 16 March 2001 when comedian Jack Dee was crowned the winner. The series revolved around a group of celebrities living in a custom built house with no contact with the outside world. Bow, London
Bow () is an area of East London within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is primarily a built-up and mostly residential area and is east of Charing Cross. It was in the traditional county of Middlesex but became part of the County of London following the passing of the Local Government Act 1888. Barb (Barb Audiences Limited) is a British organisation that is responsible for audience measurement in the United Kingdom. It was created in 1981 to replace two previous systems in which ITV ratings were compiled by JICTAR (Joint Industry Committee for Television Audience Research), while the BBC did their own audience research. Westlife
Westlife is an Irish pop vocal group formed in Dublin, Ireland in 1998. The group currently consists of members Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan, and Nicky Byrne. Brian McFadden was a member, until he left in 2004. The group temporarily disbanded in 2012 after 14 years of success and later reunited in 2018. Christopher Livingstone Eubank (born 8 August 1966) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 1985 to 1998. ''Blue Peter'' is a British children's television entertainment programme created by John Hunter Blair. It is the longest-running children's TV show in the world, having been broadcast since October 1958. Keith Duffy
Keith Peter Thomas Francis Julian John Duffy (born 1 October 1974) is an Irish singer, actor, radio and television presenter and drummer who began his professional music career as part of Irish boy band Boyzone alongside Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Stephen Gately in 1993.
