The Cedeño Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities (municipios) that makes up the Venezuelan state of Bolívar. According to the 2011 census by the National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela, the municipality has a population of 67,000. José Dimas Cedeño Delgado (born 23 July 1933) was the Roman Catholic archbishop of the Archdiocese of Panamá from 1994 to 2010, when his resignation was accepted by Pope Benedict XVI for reasons of age. Professional boxing career Cedeno made his professional debut in 1976, losing to Ray De los Santos via eight round points decision.
