Ceca 2000
''Ceca 2000'' (or simply ''2000'') is the tenth studio album by Serbian singer Ceca. It was released on 29 December 1999 by PGP-RTB. Overview The official release of the album took place on 29 December 1999, on the same day Ceca presented the album at the Intercontinental Hotel in Belgrade. The singer held a press conference and also performed several new songs, including "Crveno" and "Crni sneg" in a duet with Aca Lukas. The singer also announced that the album was released in a circulation of 295 thousand copies: 265 thousand on cassettes and 30 thousand on CDs. At the same time, Ceca presented the official calendar for 2000, which was attached as a gift to ''Pink revija'' magazine. The photos used for the album cover and calendar were taken by Dejan Milićević. Two music videos "Dokaz" and "Crveno" were also released and both shot by Milićević. Svetlana Ražnatović ( Veličković; sr-cyr, Светлана Ражнатовић, ; ; born 14 June 1973), better known by her stage name Ceca ( sr-cyr, Цеца, ), is a Serbian singer and television personality. Often referred to as the "Serbian mother", she is recognized as one of the most popular pop-folk singers in Serbia. Ceca has released sixteen studio albums, which have collectively sold around seven million records, making her one of the best-selling Balkan artists of all time. During her Poziv Tour in 2013, she held a concert in Belgrade with over 150,000 attendants - making it one of the biggest concerts in history. Luna (1990s Serbian Band)
Luna ( sr, Луна) is a popular pop group from Serbia with considerable popularity throughout the former Yugoslavia. The key group member is multi-instrumentalist and composer Čeda Čvorak (born Čedomir Rajičić). They released ten studio albums. Luna have been recording albums since the late 1990s, and popular songs have included ''Drugarice'' (''Girlfriend'') with Svetlana Ražnatović (Ceca), and more recently ''Ne ostavljaj me'' (''Don't leave me''), featuring Gloria from Bulgaria (one of a number of songs sung in Bulgarian and Serbian). The song was originally released by Luna in 1999 and sounds like the Sisters Of Mercy's song " This Corrosion". The first and best known lead singer was Serbian female singer Maja Marković, who stayed in the group from 1997. She left the group in 2006 and was replaced by the studied ballerina Kristina Čanković, who was the lead singer from 2007 to 2009. Hajrudin "Hari" Varešanović (; born 16 January 1961) is a Bosnian musician. Known for his impassioned lyrical tenor vocals, distinct stage presence and specific brand of poetic lyrics, Varešanović remains the vocal soloist, primary composer and lyricist for the musical group Hari Mata Hari. Biography Born as Hajrudin Varešanović in early 1961, in Sarajevo, Hari grew up in the Vratnik neighborhood of Sarajevo's old town. His grandfather, Mehaga Varešanović, was one of the more well-known singers of traditional Bosnian music called sevdalinka. At the age of six, Hajrudin began to sing and learned to play the guitar. Nikos Karvelas ( el, Νίκος Καρβέλας; born Nikos Leonardos on 8 September 1951) is a Greek songwriter, producer and singer. He has sold millions of records as a producer and is most recognizable for his three-decade-long collaboration with Anna Vissi, while some of his other well-known collaborations include Tolis Voskopoulos and Sakis Rouvas. Marina Tucaković ( sr-Cyrl, Марина Туцаковић; 4 November 1953 – 19 September 2021) was a Serbian lyricist and songwriter. Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Tucaković had a degree from the Economic Faculty at the University of Belgrade. She first started writing songs at the age of 19. After the success of "Dodirni mi kolena" by the Yugoslav rock group Zana and vocalist Zana Nimani, Tucaković continued working with numerous artists in then Yugoslavia. Dragan Marinković "Maca" (born 17 March 1968) is a Bosnian actor and TV personality.
