Cathy Leung
is a Hong Kongese professional darts player who mainly plays at the soft-tip darts events in Asia and occasionally at the steel-tip in World Darts Federation (WDF). She is also a former Cantopop singer for Boombeat Music and show hostess. Music career After graduating from high school, Leung was discovered by Boombeat Music in 2004 for her talent in singing. After signing up and becoming an official singer, her manager and family advised her to complete her university degree before deciding whether to continue in her career or not. Meanwhile, her company organized her to participate in big events and MV's, mainly with other big singers in the company such as Ella Koon. During this time she recorded the songs "I Was Here" and "The Whole World Love-Lost". In 2006, Leung decided to stop singing and focus on her education. Cantopop (a contraction of "Standard Cantonese, Cantonese pop music") or HK-pop (short for "Hong Kong pop music") is a genre of pop music written in standard Chinese and sung in Standard Cantonese, Cantonese.
