Castro Synagogue
Castro Synagogue is a synagogue in Alexandria, Egypt in the Moharam Bey district that was the home of many wealthy Jewish families. It was built in 1920. Synagogue
A synagogue, ', 'house of assembly', or ', "house of prayer"; Yiddish: ''shul'', Ladino: or ' (from synagogue); or ', "community". sometimes referred to as shul, and interchangeably used with the word temple, is a Jewish house of worship.
