Casper Ehrenborg
Casper Isaac Michael Ehrenborg (17 November 1788 – 16 September 1823) was a Swedish politician. He was born in Allerum on 17 November 1788 to parents Jöns Ehrenborg and Beata Maria Tham. His maternal grandfather was military officer Isak Tham. Ehrenborg married Anna Fredrica Carlqvist in 1811, with whom he raised three children, Betty Ehrenborg, Richard Ehrenborg and Ulla Bring, wife of Ebbe Gustaf Bring. Ehrenborg began his legal career in the 1800s, working for the Göta Court of Appeal. He progressed through the judicial hierarchy, having been assigned to the administrative courts of appeal and to the Skaraborg County government by 1810. In 1821, Ehrenborg was named deputy governor of Skaraborg, serving until 1823, when he was appointed Parliamentary Ombudsman of the Riksdag of the Estates. Skaraborg County
Skaraborg County ( sv, Skaraborgs län ) was a county of Sweden from 1634 until 1997. It was disestablished at the end of 1997 when it was merged with the counties of Gothenburg and Bohus and Älvsborg to form Västra Götaland County. The county was named after a fortress () outside the city of Skara. The seat of residence for the county governor was Mariestad from 1660 onwards and the largest city (during the 20th century) was first Lidköping and later Skövde. The county consisted of the northeastern part of the province of Västergötland. Even though Skaraborg County itself no longer exists, various organizations are still named after it, and cover that approximate area. These include several newspapers, one public radio channel and various non-profit organizations. Göta Court Of Appeal
The Göta Court of Appeal ( sv, Göta hovrätt), located in Jönköping, is one of the six appellate courts in the Swedish legal system. The court was established in 1634 during the regency of Queen Christina. It is the second oldest of the Swedish courts of appeal, after the Svea Court of Appeal (established in 1614). In the beginning the jurisdiction was Götaland, which in those days also included Värmland. After the second treaty of Brömsebro (1645) and the treaty of Roskilde (1658) the provinces Blekinge, Bohuslän, Halland, and Scania were added. In order to relieve the workload for the Göta court, the Scania and Blekinge Court of Appeal was established in 1820 and the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden in 1948. In 1992 Örebro County was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Göta court. Ebbe Gustaf Bring
Ebbe Gustaf Bring (4 July 1814 – 13 August 1884) was a Swedish bishop in the Church of Sweden and theologian. Biography Bring was born in Askersund, Örebro County in 1814, to city physician and assessor Sven Håkan Bring and Ulrika (Ulla) Sofia Silfverswärd. He married Maria Ulrika (Ulla) Ehrenborg, sister of writer Betty Ehrenborg, in 1841. Bring was the father of lawyer as well as grandfather of artist Maj Bring; he was also cousin of . Bring enrolled at Uppsala University in 1829 and at Lund University in 1832, where he obtained a master's degree in philosophy in 1835. Bring was appointed docent in dogmatic theology and moral theology in 1837 and ordained the same year. In 1844 he was appointed adjunct theology professor and in the same year provost of his own parishes.
